The curriculum planning at GIBMTE is designed to cater to students from various professional disciplines and interests. It is sequentially divided into three major stages:

  • First Stage: This stage comprises core courses to introduce students to and engage them in the field of biomedical materials and medical engineering.

  • Second Stage: In this advanced seminar stage, the goal is to stimulate and strengthen students' ability to integrate professional knowledge with biomedical materials or medical engineering.

  • Third Stage: The focus of this stage is on independent research projects, aiming to broaden students' scientific perspectives and provide research training.

Within these three stages, the courses can be further categorized into four major types: Medical Engineering, Biomedical Materials, Specialized Fields, and General Education and Research. It is anticipated that students, upon completing the required credits, will achieve the aforementioned training objectives.
