凡符合資格之研究生，於申請期限內，填具申請書向學院提出申請
注意：受獎生同時依「臺北醫學大學研究生獎勵學金實施要點」、「臺北醫學大學執行教育部博士生獎學金補助施行辦法」、「臺北醫學大學碩、博班外國學生獎學金發放辦法」及「臺北醫學大學研究所優秀僑生獎學金作業細則」獲獎者，僅得擇一領取。
NOTICE！
Should beneficiaries be qualified for both scholarships in accordance with TMU Graduate Student Scholarship Regulations , TMU International Graduate Student Scholarship Regulations and Qualifications and TMU Grants for Outstanding International Graduate Students , each beneficiary may only be awarded under one category in a given academic year.

1.申請時間及方式： Application time and method:
(一)申請流程：申請者提交申請表及佐證資料電子檔案向所屬學院提出申請，各學院初審後遞送學院推薦排序名單至學務處，課指組彙整後提送審查小組委員會審定獲獎名單。
(二)申請時程：8/17(一)~9/1(二)。
備註：各學院初審作業時程及相關規定，得另行公告之，請申請人依所屬學院公告辦理。
(I) Application Process: Applicants submit the application form and supporting documents electronically to their respective colleges. Each college conducts a preliminary review and then submits its recommended ranking list to the Student Affairs Office. The Extracurricular Activities Section compiles these lists and submits them to the Review Committee for final approval of the award recipients.
(II) Application Period: August 17 (Mon) to September 1 (Tue). Applications submitted after this time will not be accepted!
Note: The preliminary review schedule and related regulations for each college may be announced separately. Applicants should follow the announcements issued by their respective colleges.

115學年度9月入學（含115年2月提前入學）就讀之博士班一年級新生
First-year Ph.D. students enrolled in the September of 2026 (including registrations in February of 2026)
有下列情形之一者，不得請領本獎學金：
一、於公私立機構從事專職全時之有給職工作以在職身分報考者。
二、以香港、澳門及大陸地區學生身分入學者。
三、錄取後辦理休學、保留入學資格或未完成註冊者。
四、已支領同屬政府部門獎學金性質經費者。
The following individuals are not eligible to receive this fellowship:
1. Those who are engaged in full-time paid employment in public or private sectors or who apply for admission as part-time students possessing responsibilities related to employment.
2. Students with statuses from Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China.
3. Those who have applied for leave of absence and retained their admission eligibility or have not completed registration after admission.
4. Those who are concurrently in receipt of scholarship or subsidy offered by the ROC government.
5.申請方式 Submission Procedure
請於申請時間內填寫線上表單以及上傳下列文件：
1.研究計畫書。
2.最高學歷證明文件影本
3.最高學歷之歷年成績單。
4.其他審查資料（如語言能力證明、推薦信、學位論文、已發表之期刊論文、研討會論文、專書或技術報告、獲獎紀錄、相關研發成果等）
Please fill out the Google form and upload the following documents within the application period:
1.Research proposal
2.Academic credentials
3.Transcripts from undergraduate or higher.
4.Other review materials (such as language proficiency certificates, recommendation letters, thesis, published journal papers, conference papers, books or technical reports, awards records, relevant research outcomes, etc.).
6.獎勵金額及獎勵期限 Scholarship Amount and Scholarship Duration:
每月獎學金新臺幣4萬元。獎勵三年，自當年度9月1日起至第三年8月31日止。於三年內畢業者，獎勵至畢業當月止。
NT$40,000 per month.
Three years. From September 1st, of the current year to August 31st of the third year.
For those graduating within three years, the scholarship will be awarded until the month of graduation.
